What's it?
It is an Alternative VSHMenù that has ALL same functions of the M33 VshMenù and other utilities such as the possibility to change the background color, to power off and to sleep the console, to activate and to disactivate M33 VshMenù from dashboard or to make screenshot of XMB!
Press HOME (by Default) in XMB to start the Alternative VshMenù!
Press CIRCLE (by Default) in Menù to close it.

Note:
-Do not flash this plugin erasing M33 satelite.prx! In this case Alternative VSHMenù does not work!
-The Homebrew-Flasher used in this version is still a beta so use it only at your own risk.
If you want to use the "old" method to flash the plugin, please follow the guide inserted in Patch2Flash folder!
-In this version language translation are included in the plugin! So the .PRX file size has been increased: for this reason, if you want to flash it, be sure to have the need free space in your Flash0 before beginning the flashing process!!!
In future I will insert language translation in a separated file to avoid this issue.
-In this version there are only two language: English and Italian.
If you want, you can make a particular translation of A. VSHMenù and then send it to me at redsquirrel@psp-cheats.it.
But please, don't use very long words! Indeed try to use the exact number of letter used by English Traslation.
-By default the SELECT button will be associated to a homebrew: so place one in PSP/GAME/HOMEBREW/ directory, or disable/change that option.
If you press SELECT when it is associated to a homebrew but no homebrew is in /PSP/GAME/HOMEBREW/ directory PSP will freeze!

- Now Alternative VSHMenù can not be started before of 3 seconds: in this way you can avoid console crashes when you accidentally start it during coldboot or returning from games.

- Added a homebrew-flasher for the plugin: it will flash the Alternative VSHMenù in your Flash0 directly from PSP without other steps!
- Cleaned the code to try to compensate the increase of the PRX size caused by language translations.

This because of a lamer team, called "Team Just Dead", creator (but I have some doubt about it too...) of the "JD-Battery", that when I released the v3.5 they diffused a hex-edit spanish version of my Alternative VSHMenù saying that they were its programmers and creators...

Installation using Noob's Plugin Installer
-Connect PSP to PC through USB
-Start program and choose the "Install a new plugin" option
-Choose the "Indipendent Installation" option
-Select the PRX (of your language) and check the box corrisponding to VSH
-Click on Install button

-Connect PSP to PC through USB
-Copy the content of MS_ROOT folder in the root of Memory Stick

Manual Installation (if other plugins are installed)
-Connect PSP to PC through USB
-Copy vshmenu.prx (of your language) file in SEPLUGINS folder
-Open VSH.txt file (if it's not present, create it!) and at the end of the file add this string: ms0:/seplugins/vshmenu.prx

Any way you have choosen, remember to activate plugin from Recovery Mode!

Cos'é?
E' un VSHMenù alternativo che, oltre a possedere TUTTE le stesse funzioni principali del VSHMenù degli M33, presenta altre funzioni nuove, quali la possbilità di cambiare il colore di sfondo, onde permettere una maggiore visione su qualunque tipo di tema o sfondo che si ha nella propria PSP, oppure la possibilità di attivare/disattivare il VSHMenù originale degli M33, o ancora di riavviare, spegnere e sospendere la PSP in un attimo e fare screenshot della dashboard!
Il menù è stato fatto in Inglese onde ridurre le incomprensioni con le funzioni (che, come tutti sappiamo, nei CF sono strettamente Inglesi).
Per attivare il Menù (di Default) basta premere il tasto HOME. Per chiuderlo (di Default) basta premere CERCHIO.

Note:
-Non flashate questo plugin al posto del satelite.prx degli M33. In questo caso l'Alternative VSHMenù non funzionerebbe.
-L'homebrew-flasher è ancora una beta, quindi usatelo solo a vostro rischio e pericolo!
Se volete usare invece il vecchio metodo per flashare questo plugin, leggete la guida contenuta nella cartella Patch2Flash.
-In questa versione le traduzioni sono incluse nel plugin! Per questo motivo la dimensione del PRX è aumentata: quindi prima di flasharlo (se lo volete fare) assicuratevi di avere lo spazio libero sufficiente nella Flash0 prima di cominciare la procedura.
In futuro inserirò le traduzione in un file separato per evitare questo inconveniente.
-In questa versione ci sono solo due linguaggi: Inglese e Italiano.
Se fate una particolare traduzione dell'A. VSHMenù, mandatemela all'indirizzo redsquirrel@psp-cheats.it.
Ma perfavore, non usate parole troppo lunghe! Provate invece ad usare lo stesso numero di lettere della traduzione Inglese.
-Di default il pulsante SELECT sarà associato a un homebrew: perciò inseritene uno nella directory /PSP/GAME/HOMEBREW/ oppure disattivate/cambiate quell'opzione.
Se premete SELECT quando è associato ad un homebrew ma nessun homebrew è nella directory /PSP/GAME/HOMEBREW/ la PSP freezerà!


Caratteristiche

-Fixato un bug che disattivava il primo plugin in VSH.txt all'uscita dal VSHMenù.

1. Aggiunti ben 5 nuovi colori di sfondo del menù
2. Aggiunta un'attesa di 5 secondi prima che l'Alternative VSHMenù possa essere avviato: in questo modo si eviteranno i crash quando si avvia l'A. VSHMenù durante il coldboot e di ritorno dai giochi!
3. Aggiunta una mini-pausa di 1 secondo dopo la pressione di un tasto di uscita dal menù: in questo modo non si presenterà più un piccolo bug che c'era in passato e consisteva nel dare il comando anche alla XMB in sottofondo.

La voce HIDE MAC ADDRESS è stata sostituita da AUTO USB CONNECTION: se attivata potrete avere la connessione USB sempre attiva in XMB, così vi basterà collegare il cavo USB e subito vi ritroverete la PSP collegata al vostro PC/PS3 senza dover andare a cliccare sull'icona apposita! (in pieno stile PSP-3000 ).
5. La voce CXMB PLUGIN è stata sostituita da LANGUAGE: ora potrete selezionare direttamente dal menù principale la lingua del vostro paese! Per questa prima versione saranno disponibili le lingue inglese e italiano.
6. Cambiata la voce M33 VSHMENU in SELECT KEY: adesso potrete scegliere cosa associare al tasto SELECT in XMB, ossia il VSHMenù degli M33, un Homebrew qualsiasi oppure niente.
7. Tolte tutte le "differenze" di codice tra CF 3.90/3.95GEN/4.01M33: adesso il plugin è unico per tutti i CF.
8. Aggiunto un homebrew-flasher per il plugin: installerà l'Alternative VSHMenù direttamente nella Flash0 senza passaggi aggiuntivi da parte dell'utente!
9. Pulito il codice del programma per cercare di compensare l'incremento delle dimensioni del PRX dovute alle traduzioni interne.

-Copiare il file vshmenu.prx che vi interessa nella cartella SEPLUGINS
-Aprire il file di testo VSH.txt (se non c'è, createlo!) e aggiungere in coda la seguente stringa: ms0:/seplugins/vshmenu.prx

Qualunque metodo abbiate scelto, ricordatevi di attivare il plugin da Recovery!
